Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026
The29Co LLC ("we," "us," or "our") runs Digital Steady. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We wrote it in plain English.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you join our email list, we collect your email address, and your name if you share it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic usage data such as your browser type, device, and pages you visit. This helps us improve the Site.
2. How we use your information
We use it to send you the Starter Kit and helpful emails, to answer your questions, and to make the Site better. We do not sell your personal information.
3. The tools we use
We use trusted services to run Digital Steady. Our email is managed by Kit (kit.com). Our videos are hosted on YouTube. These services have their own privacy policies. When you watch an embedded video or sign up for email, some information is shared with them to provide the service.
4. Affiliate links and cookies
Some links are affiliate links. When you click them, the partner may use cookies to track the visit so we can be credited for a sale. This does not cost you anything. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings.
5. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You may also ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Just email privacy@digitalsteady.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as GDPR or the CCPA. These can include the right to access, correct, or delete your information. To use these rights, email us at privacy@digitalsteady.com.
7. Children
Digital Steady is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Still, no method online is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise total security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
